Cancellation Policy

After purchasing a package of sessions, the client is required to schedule all sessions in accordance with the following steps: 1. Initiating communication: Immediately after purchasing the package, the client will receive a purchase confirmation along with instructions on how to schedule a session. This communication will include available dates and instructions on how to book a session via the available online booking system or direct contact with the therapist/coach. 2. Selecting Dates: The client is required to select and confirm the dates of all sessions within 14 days of purchasing the package. The possibility of selecting dates depends on availability in the therapist/coach's schedule. 3. Confirmation of booking: Each booked session will be confirmed by the therapist/coach via email or other agreed means of communication, containing the details of the session (date, time, link to the online session). 4. Changing the date: If it is necessary to change the date of a booked session, the client can do so by contacting the therapist/coach no later than 12 hours before the planned meeting. The possibility of changing the date is subject to availability in the therapist/coach's schedule. 5. Responsibility for scheduling the session: The client is fully responsible for scheduling all sessions within the purchased package. Unused sessions after the expiry of the package (3 months from purchase) will be forfeited without the possibility of a refund. 6. Cancelling the session: The client has the right to cancel the session at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the planned meeting, the session is considered used and is non-refundable. Following this rule of scheduling meetings is crucial for an effective and satisfactory therapeutic or coaching process. I encourage clients to actively participate and use all sessions within the package to achieve maximum benefits from the services.
